PROJECT GUARDIAN ANGEL: Impoverished Filipino youth are often naive victims of human traffickers. We will educate them on how to avoid becoming victims.
PROJECT MELODY: We empower youth! Philippine Children's Charity recently partnered with Lucrecia Kasilag Senior High School in Quezon City to support student musicians, actors, dancers, and stage producers, so they can one day earn a living at a professional level. We also continue our music and arts program in Cagayan de Oro.
PROJECT SMILE: This project was inspired by Dr. Ernesto Y. Lee, a U.S. trained general and plastic surgeon from the University of the Philippines who dedicated his life to operating on impoverished Filipinos during medical missions. In his memory, we have selected Licab, Nueva Ecija as the future site of an ambulatory pediatric surgical center where U.S., international, and Philippine-based surgeons can operate on children year-round. We estimate our surgical center will be able to handle 500 surgical cases annually.
PROJECT EINSTEIN: We provide young students throughout the Philippines with school supplies, food, and transportation money so they can attend public schools. We have projects in multiple areas. We are excited to provide laptop computers and Robolink Zumi robots to enable students to learn artificial intelligence along with Blockly and Python programming. Click on PROGRAMS to learn more.
